Skilled Nursing Services

We provide comprehensive skilled nursing care and close supervision in an exceptionally nurturing environment for individuals who cannot be cared for at home or in the community.  

 

 

 

  • Monitoring the patient's physical and mental health

  • Work with primary physician to implement and support the patient's plan of pare

  • 24 hour care by highly trained RN's, LPN's, and CNA's

  • Coordinated rehabilitation services

  • Working closely with pulmonologists, physical, speech, occupational, and respiratory therapists

  • Pulmonary/ respiratory care

  • Spinal cord injury nursing protocols

  • Emphasis on best possible outcome including  weaning support

  • Intravenous infusion, tube feedings, and catheter care

  • Tracheotomy, colostomy, and urostomy care

  • Education on disease management, potential complications, medication instruction, and learning to live with a new diagnosis

  • Pain management and wound care
